Proof of Work for the watch roll project. Eventually, there will be Black, Gray, Dark Brown, and Orange options, all with a black interior. There will be two sizes: a single watch or three watches.

Since these will be used for watches, I sewed in a layer of wool felt for padding, then a layer of cotton overtop to have something soft against the watches themselves.
The outer layer is of duck canvas, which is pretty tough stuff. Once folded up, there’s around 3/8” of fabric that I need to sew through, so I got a leather sewing needle for the machine and it’s working great with some nylon thread that’s used for outdoor fabrics. Shout out to Singer for making an AWESOME machine.

The edges need to be cleaned up, and I’ll take care of that in the next iteration.
